            Begin the abstract one space after the last Author Affiliation line. The text should be single-spaced, and each paragraph indented as indicated here. Do not skip a line between paragraphs. The text should be justified. Use 12-point Times New Roman typeface, and Symbol font if necessary. Your abstract is limited to one page of A4 paper, or U. S. 8.5” X 11” letter paper. The margins must be 2.0 cm on all sides for A4 paper. For U. S. letter paper, the margins are 0.9” left and right, and 0.4” top and bottom. Black and white or gray scale images and drawings (no color) may be embedded into the text as desired. If images are included, please make sure that the resolution is suitably high. References should follow the format given below [1].

            Abstracts must be submitted in English, and presentations must be made in English. Abstracts are subject to review. Abstract acceptance and the form of presentation will be communicated via e-mail after review is completed.

            Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted. Copy should be checked for accuracy and typographical problems prior to submission. Submit abstracts online via https://acs-mena2020.exordo.com/.

Oral PResentation Guidelines

Please bring your talk on a USB storage unit to upload all the talks on the computers in the lecture halls. Talks can be uploaded during breakfast, coffee breaks, or lunch breaks directly preceding your session.

Poster PResentation Guidelines

Each poster will be provided with an A0 sized poster stand in portrait  (size A0, 841 mm x 1189 mm). Authors are responsible for printing and hanging their own material at least one hour prior to the opening of the session. Posters should be printed and not mounted on foam board, as the stands are magnetic. Mounting magnets will be provided.
